最初に目の前に運ばれたのは、ソムリエが厳選したワインと共に楽しむ「Leggero」コース。目を引くモダンな外観の店舗からは想像もつかないほど、遊び心あふれる創作料理が次々と登場しました。
まずは、ソムリエ特製のスパークリングワインで乾杯。その後に登場したのは、カリフラワーピューレと昆布オイルが絶妙にマッチした「人参のスープ」と、創作料理の真骨頂である「鱈とイトヨリ練り物」。ビールとタコ焼きを模したこの一品は、食べるたびに驚きと笑顔が溢れました。
続いて登場したのは、フランス産の白ワインと共に楽しむ「Antipasto」。ヒラスズキに昆布オイルを纏わせた一口サイズの料理は、口の中で広がる爽やかな香りが心地よかったです。
その後に続く「Prime piatto」では、山菜とカラスミのパスタが登場。カラスミの香りが漂うパスタは、春を感じさせる爽やかな味わいでした。
メインディッシュでは、フランス産の赤ワインと共に楽しむ「Seconde Piatte」が登場。山形ポークのローストは、口の中でとろけるような柔らかさで、まさに舌の上で芸術品のようでした。
デザートのジェラートや焼き菓子も絶品で、最後まで舌鼓を打ちながら、井上シェフの真摯な姿勢と料理への情熱を感じました。
食後には、井上シェフ自らがテーブルまでやってきて、料理についての会話を楽しんでくれました。その温かい笑顔に、心が温かくなりました。
「RISPETTO」はまさに夢のような創作料理とワインの楽園でした。美味しさと楽しさが満ちあふれた特別なひとときを過ごすことができ、再び訪れたいと思う素敵なレストランでした。
