桜木町駅前、コレットマーレの
レストラン階にある鍋専門のお店。
場所は知っていたけど来店は初めて。
ランチメニューの中からすき焼き
御膳を注文しました。
すき焼きなんて自宅じゃめったに
作らないから食べてみたくなり
ました。
市役所側のテーブル席は展望が開けて
いて眺めがいいわ。
すき焼き御膳の中には白菜、 生麩
春菊、しめじ、焼き豆腐などが入り
ご飯、生たまご、漬物付きで約2400円。
お肉は赤身のオージービーフ？かしら。
適当に脂も乗ってるみたいだし、
肉の厚みもあるわ。
鍋下の簡易燃料に店員さんが火を
着けてくれ、鍋の中で最初から野菜や
豆腐が煮込まれてます。グツグツとしてる
中に肉を入れたら、あまり火を通し
過ぎないうちにたまごに入れて
食べる。
お肉は柔らかいし、なかなか美味
でしたよ。
