The recommended way to eat it at the nabe restaurant is 1. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix it with the special golden soup stock. 2. Dip the shabu shabu shabu pork into the prepared bowl of soup. shabu shabu has a rich flavor and aroma of soup stock that you can't easily find at other restaurants. The meat we use is Kurobuta pork.
