平日のディナータイムに友人と訪れたのはシーフードイタリアンが楽しめるお店。
お通しは枝豆。軽くお塩が振ってあっておつまに嬉しい一品。
お店でも人気というみょうがしらす。
さっぱりしていて夏にピッタリ。
そのままでも美味しいのですがお好みでお醤油をかけていただきました。
海老とアボカドのタルタルは個人的にいちばん美味しかったメニュー。
ぷりんぷりんの海老とアボカドがクリーミーでそのまま食べたりバケットに乗せたり。
透明のプレートに美しく盛り付けてあって夏らしさが感じられて味も抜群に好み。
これは女性うけするメニューだわ。
大判ほたてのバター醤油ソテーは貝の器に乗っかっていて海の香り感じる一品。
まるで海の家にでも来たかのような気分にさせてくれる。
メインのお肉は数量限定の華味鳥のハーブグリル〜自家製バジルソース〜。
これはブランド鳥を使用しているだけあってお肉がしっとりしていてジューシー。
食べた瞬間、感動しゃうくらい美味しかった。
自家製のバジルソースもたっぷりかかっていてやや濃いめの味付けだからお酒との相性もバッチリ。
山芋わさび漬けもさっぱりしていて美味しかったな。
じつは食べたいと思っていたお目当てのこぼれ雲丹の自家製フランがこの日はSOLDOUT。
見た目も華やかな一品で楽しみにしていただけに残念。
店内はオシャレな雰囲気で女子会に最適だしお料理も美味しかったのでまた次回。
