野毛にある魚乃福に行ってきました！
2022年4月にオープンした博多料理がいただけるお店です。
旬なお魚をふんだんに使った海鮮料理や博多水炊きは特にオススメ！！
店内はカウンター席、テーブル席、半個室があるので、様々な用途で利用できそう。
飲みの街、野毛に良いお店がオープンして嬉しいです。
・極上刺盛り
イクラ、蒸し鮑、金目鯛、ダルマイカ、鯵、イサキが盛り付けられた贅沢な盛り合わせをいただきました。
どの食材も鮮度が良くて、美味しかった〜
複数人で訪問した際には、注文した方が良いお料理です！
・博多水炊き
鶏ガラを7時間以上煮込んだスープで作る博多水炊きをいただきました。
博多一番鷄を使って作られたスープは鶏の旨味が凝縮されていて、とっても濃厚でした。
具材は胸肉のタタキ、ズリ、ハツなど、お肉
もたっぷり入っているので、食べ応えがありました！
〆はご飯を入れて、雑炊としていただきました✨この雑炊がとっても美味しかったです。
・舞茸天ぷら
料亭で出てきそうな品の良いお料理でした✨
サクサクに揚がった舞茸は塩やつゆに付けていただくことができます！
・きんき
きんきを煮付けでいただきました！
甘口のタレでじっくりと煮込まれたきんきは味が染みていて、美味しかったです。
お酒が進みます。
・揚げモロコシ
とうもろこしを大胆にカットして、揚げたお料理。
揚げることで、甘さが際立つ感じがありました。
