JohnSayanIsakssonと IRONBAYの山下シェフのコラボレーションイベント"SIMPLYSCANDINAVIAN"に

かなり日本を意識した、食材が使われたコースでした。
ワインのペアリングは、モエ・シャンドンモエアンぺリアルと
