友人との誕生日会を兼ねたランチで、一休で予約して利用させて頂きました。
先付けはしらすの春巻き。スティックタイプでお洒落な感じです。生しらすの美味しさが口に広がりました。お味噌のソースも美味しいですが、そのままでもしっかりした味付け。お造りは、鰹と白身魚（何だったか忘れちゃいました）、メインは山百合ポークの酒粕味噌焼き。神奈川のブランド豚山百合ポークです。上品な味付けで、付け合わせの茄子も美味しかったです。
メッセージプレートとかリクエストはしていなかったのですが、一休に誕生日が登録されていたからでしょうか。Happy Birthdayと書かれたハート型のホワイトチョコのデコレーションが。お気遣い嬉しかったです。また機会があったら伺いたいです。
