久松さんに
お邪魔しました。
関内駅から
徒歩10分以内。
繁華街内に
あります。
まだ出来て
3年未満の
新しいお店です。
ランチは
1日10食限定。
完全予約制。
上鰻膳で
鰻1尾、1口白焼き、突き出し、おデザ
6500円のみです。
浜名湖産。
恐らく
流行りのイソフラボン鰻。
自分は
白焼きが好きなので
白焼き追加注文。
もちろん
焼き置きなどせず
お客が来たら
一斉スタート。
白焼きは
腹開き。
皮目パリ、
身がカリフワで
とても美味しい。
頭付きで
お願いしたら
OKしていただきました。
美味しい白焼きです。
うな重は
背開き。。
白焼きが
良過ぎたのか
期待していたが
もう少し
焼き色と
カリカリが
欲しかったかなー

鰻専門店のタレとは
また違う感じで
あっさりしてます。
物足りない感じ。
もう少し濃いめで甘かったら
地焼き鰻らしい鰻に
なっていたかも。
和食のタレという感じでした。
誤魔化しのないように
敢えてこのようなタレ
かもですが。。
ご飯は
佐渡島の釜だきご飯。
お米自体は
悪くないけど
柔らかい。。
吸い物は
優しい感じの味付け。
悪くは無いが
肝吸いというより
和食の吸い物。
突き出しのお魚や
おデザの牛乳プリンも
美味しかったです。
丁寧な仕事という感じ。
でも、
鰻より料理という感じ。
夜は
和食料理が何点か付いた
コース料理で
行ってみたいのも
あるけれど。。
夜は
2名以上というのがネック。。
基本的には
1人で飯を
求めてる私には
キツいなぁ。
それにしても
神奈川県内で
地焼きをされているお店は
珍しくですね。
白焼きは
結構印象的でしたので
また
ランチにでも
機会を作って
行きたいです。
