We want you to know the deliciousness of raw sea urchin purchased from Ogawa Shoten in Hokkaido, which is famous for its sea urchin, so we ignore the cost and serve it as our first amuse, ``Gokujou Uni Toast.'' In addition, for those who don't like sea urchin, we will offer something else. The best sea urchin and caviar pie is made by purchasing the best sea urchin of the day and layering rich, sweet sea urchin with just the right amount of salty caviar in a pie that is exquisitely delicious. We also accept pasta made with sea urchin upon request.

We offer over 30 types of wine, mainly from France, as well as brands from Europe, California, and Japan, including red, white, rosé, natural wine, and champagne. You can also sample it in a glass if you prefer. We always have 5 to 6 types of sake, including brands from all over Japan, including ginjo, junmai, and seasonal sake, which change depending on the day. Our store is located 4 minutes walk from Sakuragicho Station and 7 minutes walk from Hinodecho Station, and our concept is ``a store in Noge, but not in Noge.'' The exterior is based on navy blue and white, and the interior has a chic and calm atmosphere. At the counter, which only has 6 seats, even one person can easily enter, you can enjoy the marriage of carefully selected ingredients and brewed sake while having a conversation with the chef.
