Okuno, who has appeared in many media outlets, runs many Michelin-listed restaurant in Tokyo, including "La Brianza". In addition, we are engaged in a wide range of activities such as Restaurants consulting in Japan and overseas. Yonezawa, who has won numerous awards at competitions, trained at a Italian Cuisine in Ebisu before moving to New York alone. He is the first Japan sous chef at a famous restaurant that has won three stars for 12 consecutive years. The "Middle East Italian Cuisine" created by these two invites you to a new kind of dining experience.
Food Enjoy our signature dish “Tabulé”
"Tabulé", which is also in the store's name, is the general term for salad in Japan. It is one of the common home-cooked dishes in the Levante region of the Middle East. A dish made with fresh herbs, vegetables, quinoa, etc. marinated with our own blend of spices, olive oil, and lemon juice. In addition to standard Middle Eastern hummus and tabbouleh, we have 15 appetizers, 8 to 10 main pasta dishes, and 3 to 4 desserts. We offer Italian Cuisine style, which is familiar to Japanese people, while taking advantage of the goodness of Middle Eastern Cuisine.
