Our restaurant only has one course that changes depending on the season. We mainly use Akita Hinai local chicken, which is in the best condition at the time, and are dried and aged in our shop. After bringing out the flavor, the meat is skewered and carefully grilled. We are particular about our homemade sauce and salt, and offer seasonings that suit each cut. We also incorporate seasonal vegetables grown domestically, and can be enjoyed not only as skewers but also as salads. From appetizers to desserts, please enjoy our many signature dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients.

Not only is it delicious, but we also deliver a surprising and moving experience at the beginning and end of each course. First of all, please enjoy the liver mousse hidden inside the natural stone. We will start with a playful presentation that will be provided along with a dummy to attract customers. And for the final dessert, you can choose from three Tamatebako boxes, each containing a different dessert. Please experience the hospitality full of exciting surprises until the very end.

We also have a wide selection of highball whiskeys from both Japan and abroad, from the rare to the famous. In addition, we offer a wide variety of Japanese sake and cocktails.
