桜木町の観覧車を乗り終えた後のデート飯としてもとても好都合な場所に2/9にオープン！！
『焼鳥 感呼鶏』さんへ
桜木町駅から徒歩4分ほどの新しいビルの4階に入っています。
店内は石造りのモダンな内装。カウンターに座るとすぐに目についた立ち上げ部分には珍しい模様の装飾と、テーブルには石を使う拘り用。食事用に提供されるお皿は有田焼のやま平窯。ご本人曰く東京へ出向いて内装を決めた..のだとか！
インテリア好きな私も居心地が良いです。
ガヤガヤと食べる焼き鳥屋さんと言うより「味わって食べる焼鳥」のようです。
アラカルトはなく料理はシーズンごとに変わるコース1種のみ。全てのお肉が 熟成比内地鶏です。

まずレバニラの冷たいバージョンと言うやらを食べました。温かいと臭みが勝ってしまう時がありますが、独特の味わいが一変して漬物のように感じ、大変美味しいものでした。
ささみが串に刺さってレアな状態でお皿に装飾されています。バラして生卵と混ぜて食べましたら、これもまた「親子」なんですが新しい発見
串はそれぞれ食べやすい一口サイズあたり、
もしくは連結し、自家製の塩やタレを部位毎に
チョイスし、それぞれ違った串の味を楽しめます。
比内鶏の焼き鳥だからとても味わい深く、一つで満足度高め。
沢山焼肉を食べると言うよりおしゃれな空間で
焼鳥だけではなくチョッピリ遊び心の入ったものも気になる方！
最後の締めに焼き立ての熟成比内地鶏とそぼろ、トロトロの黄身をかき混ぜてこれがめっちゃ美味しい！
ワインやシャンパンやハイボールなどの取り揃えも。オリジナリティ溢れる個性派焼き鳥です。
