桜木町にある焼き鳥屋さんに伺いました◎
桜木町から徒歩3分ととても好立地な場所にお店はありました
この日は横浜に行く用事がありお店を探しているとこちらのお店を発見‼️
事前に調べたところ秋田比内地鶏を中心に、その時々で最高の状態の鶏肉を厳選しているとの事で前日からとても楽しみにしておりました！
今年2月にオープンしたばかりのことでオープンしてからまだ1ヶ月で店内はとても綺麗で清潔感がありました
目の前で丁寧に焼いてくださり、1番いい状態で焼鳥を提供していただきました
串の中でも、つくねはパルメジャンチーズと絡める形でいただきました。つくねのタレのコクとチーズがマッチして、より上品な気持ちになる、そんなお料理でした‼️
串でもう一品、手羽先も生七味をかけていただき、ボリューム、そして食べ応えある串で非常に印象的でとても美味しかったです
またそぼろ丼も真っ黄色の黄身と時折コリコリっと食感も感じる締めにもってこいの大満足の一品でした
お酒も非常にこだわられておりお酒の種類が豊富でお酒好きには堪らないお店
時間を忘れるくらい居心地のいい空間で、炭で焼かれる焼き鳥を見ながら、ゆったりと食事をする、そんな時間を過ごさせていただきました
また横浜、桜木町に行くときは足を運んでみようと思います
