Kankodori is a yakitori restaurant that opened in February in a building just before entering Momijizaka from Sakuragicho Station. There were a lot of things that I looked forward to seeing in the photos, and I thought it looked interesting, so I decided to visit it right away. It's not a prominent building, and it's on the 4th floor, so if you don't know about it, you won't find it easily. When you enter the store, you'll find a counter and a table in a dimly lit interior. I was seated with polite customer service. The cooking is an optional course. This time it was here.・Long eggplant seasoned with chili pepper, piping hot ・Sasami yukke Lightly grilled fillet fillet and served as a salad with egg sauce.This is delicious! - Pickled liver Chinese-style using sesame oil and chives. It's refreshing but also rich.・Dakimi Dakimi is Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with chicken breast wrapped in chicken skin. It has a simple seasoning with pepper and a nice aroma.・Yurikon chawanmushi with shiitake mushrooms and porcini. I expected the scent to be strong, but it was rather muted. The steamy lily bulbs are the star of the show.・Gizzards Use balsamic sauce to instantly give this dish Italian Cuisine like flavor.・Quail ・Salad Dressing made with sherry vinegar. Elaborate seasoning reminiscent of a Western Cuisine restaurant.・Heart black olive and black pepper. It's a little salty, but its strength is what sells it.・With seseri sauce and wasabi. This is a great match, my personal best.・Chicken liver mousse ・Negima Unique appearance and texture with Hinai chicken skin on top.・Tsukune Grilled meatballs sprinkled with parmesan cheese. It's fun to keep the seasoning of the meatballs to a minimum and let the cheese flavor shine through.・This is my first experience eating chicken dish with fresh shichimi, which is easy to eat because the bones have already been removed. This is fantastic.・Aka (additional skewer) Add horseradish to remove the red from the inner thigh. When you add horseradish to the fatty and delicious meat, it somehow feels like you're eating roast beef. It also goes well with chicken.・We also received homemade Ice cream curry flavored bonjiri. It's been a long time since I've been to a yakitori restaurant with originality in seasoning. What will the next dish go with? I thoroughly enjoyed the excitement. I enjoyed the well thought out combinations. The master has a wealth of experience in the culinary world, but this is his first time opening a yakitori restaurant. In fact, I felt that this gave the yakitori a different flavor than others. I hope that our store's recognition will increase in the future and that we will become a store that is loved in this area for a long time.
