Lately, I've been hooked on the combination of wine and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) (for entertainment)! ? I went to a yakitori restaurant selected by Darin, a restaurant near the counter from Sakuragicho.This is the course I had.Toast with a Hokkaido draft beer called SORACIH.The first item, pickled liver, was fresh and had no odor.Kumamoto's red The eggplant was so watery that I thought I was drinking soup (lol) I thought it was white fish sashimi, but it turned out to be chicken breast! The fragrance of the flower spikes remains. Season with salt and fresh pepper. Apparently the skin and meat are aged separately, so the meat is soft and juicy and the skin is crispy! ! ! ! ! ! The lily root chawanmushi is a rich one with borcini in it♪ The gizzard is in a balsamic sauce and they're trying to make me drink wine (lol), so I asked for a wine to go with it. Grilled quail eggs with medium-boiled quail eggs! ? Are you baking? I wonder if they are playing with the texture after the gizzard. . . The salad dressing was delicious and I drank it. Haha, black olives, black pepper, and Yamazaki carbonated water as a chaser. I want to go back and drink the coffee brewed at Sansui near Yamazaki Shoten.The next red one is made with western wasabi, and the not-so-sweet rusk (is that the right word?) is liver paste! When you have it while drinking red wine, it tastes like Chocolate ♪ Negima! ! ! ! This one has the skin again, but unlike the previous one, this one has a crunchy & juicy skin that I can't get enough of! And this! I'm a fan of powdered cheese and would empty a regular-sized powdered cheese after just one pasta dish, so I was really impressed with the meatballs, which made me want to go even further with the wine (lol) Why are chicken dish so easy to eat and cut into pieces and skewered? ? ? That's it. I'm happy that I was able to take the time to eat something so delicious. The soup bowl is a combination of soboro-don and Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)! Dessert The food is amazing, but I wonder if they couldn't use fruit here? However, I was surprised by the high quality of the all-you-can-drink drinks! I'm happy that I've been meeting a lot of restaurants with good drinks lately.
