24年2月にオープンした焼き鳥屋『感呼鳥』さん。
たまたまストーリーの広告で見つけて
その店名もあり気になっていたお店です。
メニューは「神髄」というコース1つのみ。
熟成した秋田比内地鶏を使用しているそうです。
感動を呼ぶ焼き鳥店、どんなお店か気になってお伺いしてきました✨

最初から最後までどれも美味しかったのですが
その中でもお気に入りはこちら。
・串 長茄子
油が染み込んだ茄子はとにかくジューシー。
茄子をこんなに美味しく頂くのは初めてです。
・串 抱き身
皮が身を抱いているように包んでおり
皮のパリッとした食感とジューシーさが
癖になる一品です♪
・串 せせり
脂がのったせせりに山葵の組み合わせ。
山葵が旨みを一層引き立ててくれます。
・そぼろ丼・親子丼
そぼろ丼と親子丼が同時に楽しめる贅沢。
濃厚な卵黄を絡めて食べると絶品✨
終盤の提供ですがご飯の量は少なめなので安心です。
・自家製アイスクリーム
通常の二倍の卵を使っていて
まるでカスタードのような
他では味わえない濃厚な味わいです
見た目もまさに卵！
最後にこれで〆られて大満足な内容でした！

この日はたまたま他のお客さんがおらず
貸切で店主と会話をしながらコースを堪能。
シックな店内と目の前での会話に緊張しましたが
色々なお話や工夫ポイントなど聞けて
とても楽しい時間が過ごせました♪
見た目とは裏腹にお酒が全く飲めないという
ビックリな店主さんでした✨
