週末日ノ出町の仕事帰り・・・京急高架下にオープンした
此方のお店に行ってみる事に・・・大岡川の桜まつりは終わってますが
この日も・・・花見客で川沿いは凄い人
フードコート的な店内へ入ると・・・お店の注文カウンターへ向かい
３月限定と書かれた・・・麻辣鶏白湯が可能か確認するとOKとの事
辛さは１０段階から選べるようで・・・レベル５でお願いする
会計を済ませ・・・空いてるテーブル席で出来が上がりを待つ事に
お店は男女２人で切り盛り！？・・・少し待ってお盆に乗って提供される
真っ白などんぶりに・・・真赤なスープに鶏胸肉チャーシューに水菜と白髪ねぎ
この日も塩分濃度計を忘れてしまい・・・計測不能（笑々）
先ずはスープ・・・唐辛子にラー油の辛さは５辛で丁度いい感じ！？
鶏白湯が・・・強い辛さを柔らげてくれる感じ
麺は中細の多加水ストレート・・・プリパツの歯応えと喉越しの良い麺
低温調理の鶏胸肉チャーシューは・・・しっとりした食感でクセの無い味わい
シャキシャキ感が良い・・・水菜と白髪ねぎは食感にアクセントを与えてくれる
此方のお店・・・店名にバルが付くだけ有って
呑みのメニューも有り・・・チョイ吞みも出来そうって思った
今日の一杯の・・・辛いらーめんに成りました～
