○ローストビーフ
注文したら、できたてのローストビーフをシェフが目の前で切ってくれます。
塩、各ソースで食べれますが、どれで食べてもかなり美味しい物でした。
肉自体がかなり美味しく、柔らかい食感に程よい脂が最高の塩梅でした。
回りのコゲの香りも良い後味となってます。
○鰹の土佐作り
表面を炙った鰹をオイルと塩で食べるメニューとなってます。
こちらも柔らかい食感で鰹と思えないほど、旨味が強いものでした。
塩との相性が最高に良いです。
○ホタテのバター醤油
文句なしの美味しさです。
ホタテの旨味、バター、醤油の加減が絶妙です。
