大阪から来る友人とのランチ。
横浜のどこのお店に案内するか。
中華街？元町のイタリアン？ホテルニューグランド ？いろいろ迷いましたが、和食好きの友人には絶景の中で懐石をいただける四季亭にしました。
地上68F、みなとみらいを一望できる和食レストランです。
いただいたのはミニ懐石（8,000円）
前菜1 筍・桜麩・蕨のお浸し
前菜2 蛸・海老・長芋のポン酢かけ
お椀 浅利と新玉葱の真丈
焼物 鰆と筍のバター焼き
揚物 海老と椎茸の天ぷら（写真撮り忘れ）
ご飯 手巻き寿司

筍が２回出てきましたが、春の筍は美味しいですね。
手巻き寿司はちょっと家庭的な雰囲気もありますがたくさんの具が楽しい。
素材は値段なりですが、全般的に美味しいと思います。
今日は天気も良く68Fからの絶景を楽しみながら、美味しく、楽しいランチをいただくことができました。
