加賀料理
横浜ではあまり食べる機会ないですね。
全部おいしくいただきました。
特に気に入った料理をいくつか。
焼酎 森伊蔵
このてのプレミアム系は、味の判断が難しいよね…
美味いけど値段と釣り合うのかどうか。
たまには贅沢しちゃおう！ なんて勢いが必要。
お造り盛り合わせ
セイゴの刺身には驚いた。普通スズキと言っちゃうところだと思うが正直すぎるでしょ。
シコシコぷりぷりで程よい寝かせ。脂は無いが甘味があり美味い。
治部煮
初めて食べた。かなり甘口の仕上がりだが、後味は悪くないです。煮物が美味すぎて感動したのは初めての経験でした。
