子供の頃、お好み焼き屋さんと言えば
個人店か「ぼてぢゅう」しか知らなかった。
初めてぼてぢゅうで、モダン焼きを知って
食べた時には、ソースと言うかマヨネーズと言うか、とにかく味に感動した気がします。
というわけで、今日はぼてぢゅうランチ。
やっぱりお昼を外して
ランチタイムギリギリ（たぶん3時まで）の
14時半に入店。
入った時は8割の入りでした。
基本は、お好み焼きと焼きそばとモダン焼き。
ランチメニューは
それぞれのハーフ＆ハーフや単品に
サラダセットや白飯セットやかやくご飯セットがあります。
ホルモン焼き定食みたいなのもありますが
ここはやっぱりモダン焼きとかやくご飯の
ランチセットを注文。
店内のお客様は、ほとんどが提供済みだった様で
10分ぐらいで到着。
ビジュアルは期待通り。
青のりと鰹節は卓上に置いてあり
鰹節好きとしては
少しテンション上がります。
たっぷりと青のりと鰹節をかけて
真ん中からヘラで切ると
中には焼きそばが見えます。

何がこれこれなのか
わかりませんが（笑）
またまたテンション上がります。
やはり期待通りの安定した美味しさ。
かやくご飯がセットでしたが
モダン焼きが味が濃いので
白飯でも良かったなと
食べながら思いました。
しかしながら、
炭水化物をおかずに炭水化物を
食べる幸せを満喫しました。
