横浜市・みなとみらいエリアにある中華料理店です。
みなとみらい線みなとみらい駅から徒歩３分のところにある、みなとみらいグランドセントラルテラスの2階にこちらのお店はあります。
綺麗で美味しい店ばかりテナントで入っている「みなとみらいグランドセントラルテラス」なので期待が膨らみます。
地下には駐車場もありますが、サービス券の有無は各店によって違うので要確認。 こちらの店舗は、3500円以上利用で発券されるようです。
店内は、おおきな窓があって明るく清潔感たっぷり、4人用テーブル席がたくさん並べられ、個室もあって、かなり広く100席以上あると思います。
土日祝おすすめ定食メニューは、「スブタ」「牛肉とピーマン炒め」「海老のチリソース煮」「豚バラの角煮」の4種類で、[海鮮シュウマイ・お新香・フカヒレ入りスープ・ライス・杏仁豆腐]がセットで各980円とリーズナブル。

ランチセットメニューに麻婆豆腐関係が残念ながら無かったので単品でオーダー。 単品だとかなりのボリューム。
こちらのお店には麻婆豆腐が2種類、もちろん激辛のこちらを選択。
唐辛子のラーと山椒のマーが絶妙！ まるで陳麻婆豆腐の味わいである。 激辛なのにハマる、これぞ四川の麻婆豆腐。
一口食べると口の中はピリピリ、ビリビリ！ 辛くて・痺れて濃厚な味わい、食べない人は損をする！
ご飯無しには食べられない唐辛子と花山椒が生み出す本場四川の辛さを体験できます。
「四川激辛そば」や「四川風タンタン麺」など、辛味麺も充実、次回攻略の宿題が出来た気分である。
