横浜みなとみらい「横浜グランゲート」内にあるビストロ「Brasserie 024（ブラッスリーゼロニヨン）」
横浜みなとみらい線新高島町駅から、すぐ上⬆にあります。
契約農家の有機野菜と地元三浦市の野菜、高知県から産地直送の物や豊洲市場から仕入れた魚介類、肉類は国産牛や国産鶏を中心に使用）
総料理長の大西孝典さんは横浜のホテルやレストラン勤務後、渡仏。フランス各地の星付きレストランで経験を積み、帰国後、都内のフランス料理店の総料理長などを経て、横浜にブラッセリーを開きました。
ランチタイム。
前菜とデザート付きのランチコース。
前菜はサーモンマリネ、シーザーサラダ、パテカンなどから、メインはステーキフリット、鴨もも肉のコンフィ、ムール貝の白ワイン蒸し、デザートは、季節のタルト、季節のパフェ、ガトーショコラ、バスクチーズケーキなど、それぞれ5〜6種ある中から選べるプリフィクス。（食後の飲み物は別）
音楽会の前にちょこっとランチに伺わせていただきました。
ランチセットもありますが、前菜とデザート付きのランチコースに。食後の飲み物は追加します。
２人で、それぞれ、メインはハンバーグ、真鯛のポワレに。

「オニオングラタンスープ 」
熱々のオニオンスープの上にバケット、チーズを乗せてグラタン仕立てに。
小さいながらも、きちんと飴色玉ねぎが入った本格派。
【パン】
「天然酵母パン」
長くて、パリパリのバケット。
【 Plants メイン料理】
「高知県産 天然真鯛のポワレ、きのこのリゾット添え」
真鯛の皮目をカリッと中ふんわりとポワレにして、きのこのクリームリゾットに乗せて。
付け合せの目玉焼きに見えたのは、三浦産丸ズッキーニのソテー。三浦のお野菜は、いつもながら味が濃厚でジューシーです。

「有機玉葱と牛肉の自家製ハンバーグ きのこクリームソース」
牛肉と有機玉葱を混ぜた、ニクニクしいハンバーグにとろ～りとした、きのこ入りの濃厚クリームソースをかけて。ハンバーグ美味しい!ホワイトソースも抜群。この肉肉しいハンバーグには、デミグラスソースが合いそう。

まだぎりぎり“いちごのパフェ”。ヨーグルトのソルベにクレームシャンティイ、フレッシュなイチゴを散りばめて。
