中国料理トゥーランドット游仙境が閉店した場所に２０２１年７月１日
スーツアンレストラン陳横浜店が開店しました
オーナーシェフ陳建太郎が父・建一の味を受け継ぐ、四川料理のレストラン
伝統の味に斬新なアイデアを織りまぜ、季節の食材を大切に、四川の豊富な調味料で
味わい深く仕上げたもの
古典中華の枠を超えたモダンチャイニーズはフレンチやイタリアンのよう
古典的な中華は中華街にたくさんの老舗がありますが
モダンチャイニーズはホテルならではです
料理長は関根忍氏で薬膳のコーディネーターでもあります
この日は快晴で、夏日の気候でした
横浜は観光地でもあるので、かなりの人が行楽で楽しまれておりました

ゆっくり食事をしたので結構お腹がいっぱいになりました
フカヒレ、海老チリ、黒酢の酢豚、麻婆豆腐といった
日本人が大好きなメニューのオールスターです
少しずつ、そして味付けがとても上品で美味しかったです
ホテルなのでサービスも全く問題がありません
食事前に関根料理長が個室を案内してくださりました
個室料は別途かかりますが、二つの個室があって
一つは入り口そばで、他のお客に気が付かれずに食事ができる空間
もう一つは企業の会食や結納の会、あるいは二人だけで貸し切って
二人だけでテラスでシャンパーニュも楽しめる究極のディナーと
いった利用が楽しめるのだとか
使ったみたいです
スーツアンレストラン陳さんは渋谷と名古屋と利用しておりましたが
地元横浜にもできて嬉しいです
大切な人との食事会には重宝しそうです
