前菜は「本日のオススメ」を3ついただきました。ルッコラは新鮮で香りが素晴らしく、スナップエンドウ、そら豆、カリフラワーのお皿はアサリがいいアクセントでのっけからワインが進みました。3人でピザを4枚（DOC、サルシッチャ、フンギビアンコ、クワトロフォルマッジ）いただきましたが、あまりの美味しさに速攻で食べ終わりました。ピザが美味しいのは言うまでもないのですが、生地、トマトソース、チーズ、それぞれの美味しさが組み合わさり最高の味になっています。東京を含めても私の中ではナンバーワンです。
