I wanted to eat fried rice so I went to Chinatown. I suddenly came here because the store I was looking for in the neighborhood was "temporarily closed." Entered the store at 11:20 on weekdays. 2 groups of customers. I ordered "Charshu Noodles + Half Fried Rice" from the lunch menu. The food was served in about 10 minutes of waiting. It's as refreshing and light as it looks, and it's topped with plenty of komatsuna. The char siu doesn't look like it has red edges. When I think of red, I automatically imagine it to be sweet, but my brain was expecting that, but it tasted different, so I was a bit confused, but the taste was strong and chewy. . Ramen wasn't very filling, so I finished eating it quickly, but the thin noodles still stretched out. The fried rice was a little oily, probably because they reheated it with oil (if not, sorry), but it was delicious. Next time I will try something other than the noodles and fried rice set.
