「神奈川では一番好きな鮨店、良い方向へ成熟することを祈る」
水谷さんに横浜の店の後はどうなっているか聞いたら「若い者がやっているので行って下さい」とこの店の名刺を渡された。朱のカウンターの向うには水谷さんが立っているイメージが払拭できないのでどうしても比べてしまうが回数を重ねるうちに星数は増やせると思う......と書いたのは5年ほど前のこと、今や押しも押されもしない有名店。
