コロナの自粛も落ち着き、きちんと体調管理した上で徐々に懇親会や親睦会も復活し始めた2023年初夏。楽しみにしていた学会がパシフィコであったので、地元ということで食事会の幹事に。
みなとみらい周辺はホテル以外はチェーンや大手資本がほとんどで意外と食事に困るので、やはり遠方からいらしたお客様をおもてなしするには「横浜らしさ」が満喫できる馬車道周辺がお勧め!!!
今回はメンバーが6−7名とやや多かったので、ヴィノテカサクラさんに。
コースは最低6600円からで、メンバーに合わせてお任せでコースを組んでいただけます。今回は8000円ぐらいのコースでおまかせにしましたが、期待を裏切らない編成でした!!
お通しのマンゴーと生ハムはシンプルながら、よく熟成された生ハムの程よい塩気。
続く前菜は、なんと半生に仕上げた穴子のバルサミコソース。焼いた穴子はよく頂きますが、まるで鱧のような半生の食感は新鮮!
お魚はセロファンに包まれたカルトッチョ。こちらは見かけ以上にキリッと塩気が利かせてあり、ワインが進むこと。。。
続くパスタ1品目はペスカトーレ…あれ?違うな、オイルベースだったかな?笑。あまりに盛り上がりすぎてこの辺りは記憶が曖昧。
2品目はなんと!ヒグマのラザニア!!これがまた濃厚で。。。美味しかった…!!ジビエに目のない私にはドストライク。でもジビエ苦手な方でも気になるような臭みは一切なく、野趣を残しながらも繊細に仕上げてあるのはさすが。ここで一気にまた料理に引き戻されて、最後のメインが鶉の半身ソテー。「誰のとセットだろ?」みたいな話で盛り上がりつつ、宴は最高潮に。
もちろんワインもお任せで。人数が多かったのでボトルで何本か都度おすすめを。この辺りのセレクトが抜群なのはヴィノテカサクラさんならではです。特に値段も聞いてませんが、これだけの内容でお酒も泡と白2種と赤1種で、コースと合わせておひとり様2万円ジャスト。
お店の雰囲気的にきちんとした感じもあるので、ご年配の先生や偉い先生をお招きするのにも安心ですし、今回私たちはだいぶ賑やかになってしまいましたが気の置けない友人と楽しく会話に夢中になるにも安心のお店です。横浜らしさを満喫したい会食にはイチオシ!!!
帰りにはソムリエさんとシェフに見送られて。今回もご馳走様でした!またぜひお伺いしますね。
そしてその後はこれまた横浜らしさ全開の馬車道のバー、ホグスヘッドさんへ。ああ、楽しかった・・・!!!
