The Kannai Takumi-ya main store has been renovated and reopened as Takumi-ya 33, a restaurant specializing in aged Yakiniku (Grilled meat). |
関内駅からすぐの所にある熟成肉専門の焼肉店。
横浜では至る所に系列を持つ焼肉店、蒔田天龍の系列店。
なんか横浜の人気な肉のお店はほとんど天龍の系列な気がする…
こちらは33日以上乾燥熟成させたお肉のみを使用したお店。
エレベーターが開くとまずはシースルーの熟成庫がありど迫力な肉の塊でお出迎え♪
店内は結構オシャレな作りです。

とりあえず初めて来た人は店主のオススメを頼んでおけば大丈夫です！
こだわりの5種盛り、赤身5種、熟成タンとこれ1つで色々な熟成肉を楽しめます。
この日は塩は
ザブトン、ランプ、肩ロース、中落ち、熟成つくね
タレからは
ウデ、前バラ、ハバキ、マルカワ、ウチモモ
と色々な部位を堪能させていただきました。
他には新鮮レバー、そして天龍でもいただいたダイヤモンドカットモモステーキをいただきました。
モモステーキは1枚肉で約2人前、両面をサッと焼いてレアでいただくのがオススメ。

熟成肉って味が濃厚で旨味があって本当美味いよね〜
関内エリアでは結構おすすめの焼肉店です♪
