Selling our bamboo shoot course once a year is a valuable experience for us, and as the harvest is not limitless and we do all the preparation ourselves, we have set a limit, reduced our daytime hours, and furthermore, we have canceled general evening hours to focus solely on reservations. We will resume normal business hours from April 26th.
