Our signature Teppanyaki is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Baking at high temperatures locks in the moisture and brings out the flavor of the ingredients. We are particular about the ingredients used in each dish, including Steak made with Yokohama brand pork "Hamapork" and Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Our recommended mentaiko and salmon are also fresh and purchased directly from Toyosu Market. Please enjoy it to your heart's content, including the flour to finish it off with alcohol◎
