何やら関内で、芯たんやフォアグラをリーズナブルに味わえるお店があるらしい・・・突撃。
決め打ちで『熟成 厚切り牛芯たんセット』と『フォアグラ』をオーダー。
先に運ばれてきたのは、『フォアグラ』。
クリーミーで美味しい、ただ箸で食べるには筋を切るのに苦労した。
そして『熟成 厚切り牛芯たんセット』。
確かに厚切りの、ボリューム感ある芯たんが鎮座している。
断面は赤く、表面には塩コショウをまとっている。
食感は柔らかく弾力もあり、厚切りだから食べづらいということもない。
質の良いお肉を扱っている割に、価格設定が良心的ですね。
和牛が美味しいらしいので、また食べに行きたいですね。
カウンターに並んだ有名な焼酎たちに見送られながら、撤収。
