◾️We have withdrawn from Tabelog, so please visit our official website◾️During the COVID-19 pandemic, staff are required to wear masks when serving customers. There is only one "fully private room" (3-4 people), but we do have "semi-private table seats" separated by virus-prevention partitions and noren curtains. We have installed acrylic panels on the counter, alcohol sprayers in various places, and use disposable hypochlorous acid dusters for disinfection. |

Our specialty is "Yokohama-style pork shabu-pork shabu-shabu hotpot," which is made with "Yagoro pork" delivered directly from producers in Kagoshima and "Junmeisui," a hot spring water from Kagoshima
..., and is eaten with the soup. However, we are not just a "shabu shabu-shabu Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)" in Kannai, Yokohama, that boasts "Yokohama's best selection" of over 400 types of shochu, and has a collection of sake from small breweries from all over the country. People tend to think that the taste of Yokohama's civilization and enlightenment is "beef hotpot," but at the time, "pork hotpot" and "Pork Dishes" were also famous. In Ota-cho, where our restaurant is located, there was a "Meat Dishes," and the "Pork House Fire," which started the fire, is also famous in Yokohama history. Also, the last shogun, Tokugawa Yoshinobu, was a big fan of pork, so we can infer that pork was a "luxury ingredient" and a "central dish" during the civilization and enlightenment of the late Edo period. Let's enjoy some shochu on the rocks with some round ice handmade by our staff while thinking about history! ◆Our restaurant is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy drinking, so we do not accept "all non-alcoholic drinks for the purpose of dining."
