誰もが知ってる有名店は当然大行列。
大衆的な店構えで安いのに味は本格的。
チャーハンはペタっとしてるけど味がいい。
特に青椒肉絲や酢豚等の広東・香港系は
バチッと味が決まってます。美味いです。
セットの付け合せのスープにしては
しっかりフカヒレ入ってるし前菜も点心も
本格的で街中華とは基本的に違う。
お客さん少ない裏通りの小さな店でも
このレベル。やはり中華街恐るべし。
