店はビルの3階 立て看板が出てるんで、存在は前から知っていた
宮崎牛が売り ランチは当然、リーズナブル ちょっと内容が判らないから、入らずにいた
「個室焼肉」も、立て看板でアピールされてる 無煙ロースター、全室個室！！！
一人で個室＾＾ 詰めれば4人の席かな
1100円のランチもあるが、金はある 良いモノを食おう
「匠カットカルビランチ」 1950円（税込み） ランチドリンク・アイスコーヒー 160円

宮崎おいも豚 タンとカルビは宮崎牛？ タンなんて輸入牛が当たり前じゃが、これは国産だろう
「匠カットカルビ」 おいおい、こんなジャバラのカットでサシの入り方が尋常でないのが判るっ！！！ ( ｀ー´)ノ
普通の断面なら恐ろしい霜降りだろう！ サーロインか？？
スープのお替わりの時、おねぇーちゃんに「これって、サーロインなの？」って聞いてみた
「聞いて参ります」 たぶん判らないだろうから、お替わり次いでに聞いたんじゃ
「前バラだそうです」 「へぇーー、ありがとう」
なにっ！？ 前バラ！？ なるほど、このカットで判が広がってるからかぁーー バラで、こんな判の大きさは普通ありえない
用意されたハサミでカット 食べ応えのあるように、5ｃｍ幅くらいに切った
ぬぅぅぅ・・・ 宮崎牛A5 当然、雌だろう 肉質の良さもさることながら、この匠カットで食感と同時に肉の旨味が十二分に味わえるっ！！！！！ Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ！

ちょっとこれは、感動レベル。。。 (≧▽≦)
どういうカットなんだべ？？ からくりが判らないが、教えてもらえれば普通の包丁技術があれば然程難しくないように思う それとも、匠にしか出来ないのだろうか？

宮崎おいも豚、牛タン 共に上質だしね
会計時も、同じおねぇーちゃんだった 「この内容でこの値段は安いね＾＾」 「ありがとうございます」
しかし、笑顔は一切無かった・・・ あーー、余裕で 4.0以上だったのになぁ～～。。。

でも、とっても美味しかった！！
