One of the secrets to the deliciousness of Yajuhachi's eel is the charcoal used for grilling it. It is said that the juice and sauce from the eel that falls on the charcoal becomes steam again and clings to the eel meat as a fragrance, giving it a delicious flavor that can only be produced over charcoal. Our store is located in a renovated building that was a bank during the Taisho era. This room is a quaint private room that was originally a bank vault. Enjoy a banquet in a vault with lots of money stored away. Additionally, this room is decorated with a painting by Ryohei Yanagihara, who designed Suntory's Toris character. You can also view pictures that have been endorsed by the teacher.
