We quietly opened 8 years ago with the desire to create a restaurant where Baystars fans could gather. We don't have a wide variety of dishes, but we are clumsy and inefficient, contrary to the times. |
気になってたネギトロ丼を食べに、平日昼に利用しました。
11:25分頃着いたら前には数人並んでいましたが開店と同時にお店へ案内。基本おひとり様が多く一旦満席になったのは11:50くらいかなあと。
厨房に男性、接客に女性のスタッフが１人ずつ。
メニューは悩みましたが醤油ベースのネギトロ丼、味噌汁なしの大盛りで注文。
5分ほどして厨房にいた男性が食事を席に出してくれたのですが、あれ？味噌汁付き？注文したのと違う？
私の1つ前に注文してた人のものでは？と思ったのだけど、メニュー名も言わず置いてかれたのでわからず、厨房からスタッフさんも出てこず声もかけれず。
少ししてスタッフさん同士が言い争い？までいかないけど話しててどうやら出すところを間違えた様子。
その後、男性スタッフが「これ違うよね？」とすみませんの一言もなくさっと私の前から食事を下げられました。
どうやらお隣の方（私の後に注文をした方）も違うものを提供されたようですが、気づかなかったようですでに食べている状態。
すると「これもう食べちゃってるじゃん、もういいよ！」となぜか怒り口調で。それが隣のお客さんに向けられたものなのか、もう1人のスタッフに向けられたものなのかわかりませんでしたが、少なくとも客席で発する口調ではなかったと感じます。隣のお客さんも困惑してました。
そしてそのあと女性スタッフがお待たせしましたと私が注文したであろうメニューを持ってきました。
ねぎとろは美味しかったのですが、果たしてこれは本当に大盛りだったのかは不明です。
なぜかというと、最初に出されたものも大盛りだと思うのですが、それとは見た目の量が違かったこと、どう見ても普通盛りの1.5倍には見えなかったからです。
それでも店員さんが忙しそうだったのと、また怒った口調で自分にも言われたら嫌だなあと思い、そのまま食べることにしました。
一見見た目のボリュームは目を引きそうに見えますがお米がお椀より幾分こんもりしてるので、ネギトロというよりお米も多い印象です。最後はお米が残りました。
そしてお会計の際、また男性スタッフが対応してくださいましたが、最後レシートをビリッと破って無言で渡されました。
お会計の際も店を出る際もありがとうございました等の言葉が一切なかったことに驚きでした。
私が訪れた時がたまたまだったのかしれませんが、メニューの確認をしたり、せめて挨拶くらいはした方が良いのではと思いました。
話題のお店のようだから楽しみにしていきましたが1回行けて十分です。
