古くからの友人と横浜で会食。本当は3月頃に実施する予定だったのだけど、コロナの拡大と共に延期。少しは落ち着きをみせた時にやろうと相談して半年以上経ってからようやく実現できた。そしてリクエストに応じて同じ場所で。
まだ19時前なのに僕らが最後の入店らしい。けっして広い店ではないけれど店内に入った時には既にお客さんでギッシリ。人気なんだなあ。
見渡すとカウンターでワインを嗜んでいるお客さんが目につく。僕らもそれに倣うことにした。そしてそれが正解であることはすぐにわかる。そう、酸味のある白が抜群に合う。
終盤にかけて料理は盛り上がりを見せる。かき揚げ、美味かったなあ。塩が散りばめてあって、アツアツを食べるのがいい。そしてトリにいただくのは鯛茶漬け。そのまま食べてもいい、ワサビで行ってもいい、そしてもちろんお出汁をかけるのも当然いい。これは一食の価値あり。
でもねカウンターもう少し広いといいなあ。小綺麗で明るい雰囲気に0.2、白ワインと抜群に合う食事に0.8、ちょっと広めのスペースが欲しいので-0.1。ごちそうさまでした
