メニューにも数十グラム～数十グラムのフカヒレを使用して写真の部位はどこですが仕入れにより部位が変わることがあることをしっかり明記されていて
メニューを見ていて誠実さを感じました。
提供される皿も食べ放題によくあるどれも同じ皿ではなく提供姿に合わせて器を変えていて
写真を撮るものとしても目にうれしかったです。
味はほんの少し濃い目でうまみも強く感じられました。
肝心のフカヒレは
姿煮系の麺とチャーハンに入っていたフカヒレはこのお値段では特大と感じました。
カニ卵スープにも他店で筋のように数本入っている感じではなく刻んで入れたフカヒレがしっかり入っていて味も良かったです。
前菜に焼き鴨肉の冷菜も骨も少なめで身もしっかりして皮もパリッとしていてよく他店と比べるのに頼むのですがおいしかったです。
牛肉メニューも多くお値段以上のお値打ち価格だったと感じました。
