Our shop was started by members who run a butcher shop in Yokohama. The rich sardine tsukemen is made with special whole-grain thick Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), and is the perfect harmony of the collage

We are also proud of the Zan and Niboshi Abura Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) which are made with our original soy sauce and special sauce of four types of oil, and the low-temperature roasted whey pork chashu.
