Food Slowly aged Cow tongue is a rare cut that can be grilled over charcoal or served as Sushi.
Cow tongue we use at our store is purchased whole. It is slowly aged at a low temperature, so you can enjoy a richer flavor. The recommended ``[Superior] Charcoal-grilled Aged Thick-Sliced Cow tongue Tongue'' uses only ``tangen,'' which can only be used for two people from one stick. We serve thickly sliced meat that is surprisingly tender and slowly grilled over Bincho charcoal. In addition, the "broiled Cow tongue Sushi" is a masterpiece made with lightly grilled Cow tongue and barley rice! Please feel free to ask our staff about the degree of grilling.
Food Tororo made with sticky Yamato sweet potato◆ Enjoy the rich flavor in “Tororo Nabe”
The yam is purchased from contracted farmers in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, where Yamato yam production is popular. It is very sticky and has a rich taste.We recommend the "Tororo Nabe" which is served as a course. We serve carefully selected Cow tongue, vegetables, mushrooms, and other toppings with so much grated yam to cover them. Please enjoy the original flavor of tororo in a hot pot made with Japanese-style soup stock such as kelp and bonito. We also offer a variety of courses that are perfect for your banquet.

We offer about 10 different kinds of our specialty lemon sours! The lemons grown in Wakayama Prefecture using natural farming methods are rich in aroma and flavor because they are free of preservatives and wax. Our "Hamatan Lemon Sour" uses frozen lemons instead of ice, so you can add lots of lemons and have a second drink of just Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) after you've finished your drink◎ We also have our own honey lemon and salt lemon so you can try them out! They're perfect for the upcoming hot weather, so be sure to give them a try!
