In the past, I have rated Thai Cuisine restaurant ``J's Store'' in Hinodecho as the best, but this restaurant is probably even more hardcore than that. I wouldn't choose it as one of the best because it's not for everyone, but it was a great restaurant. I made a reservation and went with 2 people. Friday, August 11, 2023 17:45 * Somtam Phu Para * Larb Praduk (Catfish Larb) * Kung Kae Nampa * Gen Head * Gai Tom Nan Pla * Khao Niao * Coconut Juice * Guava Juice Som Tum Phu Para The standard at this restaurant is Phu Para . That alone makes it difficult for beginners. Plenty of crab and plenty of puller, too addictive. That's what makes it delicious. The garnished vegetables are grown in the shrubbery in front of the restaurant. I didn't make it spicy for my companions who don't like spicy food, but it's so delicious that you'll want to call it "Som Tum Poo Para." It looks great and smells great too. Lab Praduk is not on the menu. This is catfish larp. Catfish is a common edible fish in Thailand. In fact, it is often eaten in Europe and America. It has no odor, is fluffy and very delicious. Some Japanese people shy away from it because they are not familiar with it, but it is a white fish with a light and fluffy texture. Catfish larb is full of fresh herbs and is delicious. Mint leaves are collected from the front of the store. I wrote "Nampa" according to the menu description, but it is "Kunche Nampura". Most of the menu at this restaurant is written phonetically. This sashimi is made by eating Thai shrimp "kung pao" with a sauce called nam chim Seafood made with fish sauce and chili pepper. The sauce is often very spicy, so people who don't like spicy food should be careful. This is a relatively standard menu item in Thai Cuisine. It's a little spicy here. It's not on the Genehead menu. A soup made with plenty of mushrooms and puller. It has a sharp acidity, a strong herbal taste, and a unique odor, making it a favorite and a hater. It might be close to gain par. It's healthy because it has almost zero calories. The volume is also amazing. You can't get this kind of food at a normal restaurant. It's super delicious. Gai Tom Nan Pla It's not on the menu. A home-cooked dish of chicken simmered with fish sauce. You won't find this at regular stores either, but J's Store had it. Definitely recommended for maniacs who have eaten all of Thai Cuisine and are stuck in a rut. Perfect for people who don't like spicy food. The chicken is plump, moist and delicious. It's full of flavor and filling. Three of the five dishes this time are not listed on the menu. I guess this is the real thrill of Quantim. Extremely satisfied. It was delicious and I finished it. Quantim will open on April 1, 2018. It is famous among enthusiasts as a restaurant where you can enjoy extreme Isan cuisine. It may be difficult for beginners. People who have been to Thailand many times, or who have eaten Thai Cuisine all over the place, will enjoy it. The reason why it is difficult for beginners is that there are many dishes that are not on the menu. The dishes that are not on the menu are the ones you definitely want to try at this restaurant. Therefore, it is necessary to have the knowledge and experience to be able to ``tell someone what kind of food you want to eat'' and ``to be able to image the dish when someone tells you that you can make something like this.'' These dishes that are not on the menu and are suitable for enthusiasts and are marked with "super" are distributed on SNS. "Cicada larvae", "ant eggs", "raw meat", etc. In addition, the dishes on the menu are quite maniacal, and the standard som tam is ``poo para'', which is difficult for beginners. Personally, I don't want to easily recommend it to people who are not used to eating it because if they eat it, they might have a negative impression of it, like it has strange tastes or it stinks. Although I have written negative things so far, if you still want to try Thai Cuisine, or if you can talk about your love Thai Cuisine, I recommend you to make a reservation and go. The people at the store are kind and friendly. It feels very homely. The prices for Thai Cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients are surprisingly reasonable. Information is frequently posted on Google, Facebook, Instagram, X, LINE, Tiktok, YouTube, etc., and there is also a link to Mr. Curry Cell's blog (there was also a sign at the shop). I can feel the strong desire that Japanese people want to know about Thai Cuisine. Even if it's not super extreme Thai Cuisine such as eating insects or raw meat, there are some delicious and maniacal dishes that are hard to find. Even if you don't have much experience or knowledge, it's OK as long as you love Thai Cuisine. Highly recommended.
