A Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that I have been taken to several times. Cantona is highly regarded as a high-quality restaurant that serves carefully selected meat in a pleasant atmosphere and is full of hospitality. Today, I will visit such a store after making a reservation with a senior who is a regular customer. It's not that big, or rather it's a small shop. It can also be said that the space is large enough that the store staff can easily keep an eye on it. The roaster is fueled by gas. Smoke evacuator hanging from the ceiling. Although the equipment is typical of a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant on the outskirts of the area, it is well-maintained, clean, and attentive, making you realize that this is a high-quality restaurant. The store is unique in that the more you go to the store, the higher your membership rank is, and the regular customers who come with you are so high-level that it would be faster to count them from the top. It seems that there are some items that can only be ordered by high-level members, and when I hear about their value and effort, I can see that Cantona worships his regular seniors like gods. I will leave all the ordering to that person, and I will be assigned the role of just drinking and eating. As for drinks, let's start with beer. When you see the draft beer being served in large, manly mugs, your expectations for the party that is about to begin will only increase. What's more, the draft beer goes down smoothly, is cold and delicious, and Cantona is impressed by how thoroughly the beer is washed. The dishes that left an impression on Cantona, who was neither an ``order bugyo'' nor a ``grilled bugyo'' but a ``drinking and eating bugyo'' were... ``Potato salad'' and ``salt salad.'' The potato salad had a good flavor with hot spring eggs. That's because it is. However, the only drawback is that there is no established way to handle hot spring eggs in a clean manner when sharing them with several people. The salt salad is a cabbage salad served at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, but the flavor of the salt sauce is stronger than the ones at other restaurants, and the deliciousness that follows can't stop Cantona from making it. It was something that made me decide to try copying it at home. For Cantona, I liked the strong flavor of the salt salad, as the beer went well with it. ``Half-killed kimchi'' As the name ``half-killed'' suggests, the kimchi is spicy enough to make Cantona half-killed. Even though Cantona has a tolerance for spiciness, the tingling sensation from the kimchi was excruciating. ``Protruding ribs'' A piece of ribs that is so large that it protrudes from the roaster. It seems like it's a special item that requires a reservation. A dish served at the timing of a main event. When the ribs are grilled while the staff yells at you, it's guaranteed to be a hit. `` Sukiyaki Kalbi'' As the name ` Sukiyaki'' suggests, there is no reason why the thinly sliced short ribs, which have been slightly grilled to strengthen the texture, are coated with yolk and melted into your mouth, and it is not delicious. There weren't Other items I ordered that I was not satisfied with, but since I was an ``eater'' today, Cantona doesn't remember much about the items I ordered. I was impressed by the way he grilled the meat and determined the right timing, and his explanations and customer service were polite and reassuring. Therefore, Cantona has nothing to say, and I was able to have a comfortable Yakiniku (Grilled meat) time where I just trusted and stuffed my mouth with the meat that was pulled out without thinking about it.
