Our pizza has been loved by many customers since we opened! In order to recreate the local taste, we transport the flour, tomatoes, oil, and pizza oven from Naples, Italy. When it comes to cheeses such as Fiordi Latte, we make them fresh in the morning in Naples and ship them directly by air! The pizzaiolo that we learned at our local Naples main store recreates the taste of Michele's Naples main store, which is supported by tradition and skill. Traditional pizza has continued to fascinate people around the world for about 150 years.
