Our sake menu only has one brand that the owner blended. It is served in two ways: warm sake and cold sake with salt and ice. The warm sake, made using a unique method using a low-temperature cooker, has a gentle flavor that seeps into the tongue. We have decided to offer only one type of sake, as we wanted it to go well with any dish. If you want to enjoy brand or trending sake, this is not the place for you, so we recommend you go elsewhere.

The number of seats has been reduced to about half of what it used to be, and the space is spacious and well-spaced. Please relax in the space that the owner has carefully designed, with Japanese-based furniture and furnishings that incorporate modern touches, and jazz background music that plays throughout the store. We do not prepare seasonal or daily dishes. We use high-quality ingredients, focusing on the side dishes you would expect at a soba restaurant, and we believe that soba restaurant side dishes are easy to eat and have a flavor that won't stop the conversation and go well with alcohol. We are not an aggressive store. As usual, it's crowded with customers drinking and chatting. That is our ideal. For those who want to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines, there are soba restaurants that focus on seasonal dishes, and we recommend them.
Food Soba noodles
[This may sound technical, but] This soup is made by using domestic Honkarebushi, Sota-bushi, and Makonbu to make a 3rd grade soup stock, then combining them and boiling them down further. Kaeshi is made using a 10-year-old Kaeshi pot. 17 ultra-thin strips (1.3 mm) of Nihachi soba, the basis of Edomae soba. The water turning process is carried out in the traditional style of Edomae soba noodles. Therefore, about 3 minutes is when it becomes delicious. We make soba with great care, but what we would like to suggest most is to enjoy soba restaurant sake.
