横浜にきたら必ず食べに来る大好きなホテルランチビュッフェレストランです。
今回はリッチにXmasランチビュッフェ！
ホタテに蟹！海鮮が多い感じでした。
肉の種類も相変わらず豊富！！豚、牛、鶏、鹿、鴨
肉料理に添えておいてある副菜がどれも美味しい…
紫キャベツマリネやラタトゥイユ、長芋焼きなど！
プチサイズのひつまぶしに、イクラ丼、勿論お寿司も！
まぐろ、サーモン、たこ、こはだ等から常時3種類提供されています。
今回はXmasだからか、肉寿司もありました！これがまた美味しすぎた…！牛肉の寿司、最高です！
Xmasなのでローストチキンもどーーーん！とありました(提供されるものはカット済みです)
ローストビーフもあるし、煮込み料理も魚料理、麺料理もパンも種類豊富！
どれを食べても美味しいです！
蟹爪コロッケ、クリームが全く無くてほぼ蟹爪肉とほぐし身コロッケでした(笑)蟹の旨味がたっぷりでめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
フルーツもマンゴー、メロン、ぶどうにみかん、グレープフルーツと贅沢！
デザートもあんみつ、水まんじゅうや金平糖、水羊羹など和菓子〜マカロン、カッサータ、ロールケーキにミルクレープなど洋菓子、アイスクリームも６種類!抜け目なく揃っています(笑)
時間が2時間制なのだけがいつも悔しい…!!!
魅力的な料理ばかりで気付くと2時間なんてあっという間です。
せめて平日時間無制限にしてくれれば…言う事無しです！笑
