The first thing you should try is the oden, which is slowly simmered in a special soup stock. We always have 20 types of ingredients available, and you can order them individually or as an assortment. We recommend the soft-boiled egg and the flavorful daikon radish. In addition to oden, you can enjoy snacks made with fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu, as well as menus that incorporate seasonal flavors. The menu changes weekly, so you can discover something new and delicious every time you visit.

We have over 10 types of sake, including famous sake purchased from all over the country. Our top recommendation is the ``Umami Dashi Wari'', which is diluted with our special dashi soup. In addition, the ``Shin Dashi Wari'' is upgraded by adding grilled dried firefly squid to add the flavor and aroma of the liver. You can enjoy a blissful time drinking a warm cup little by little.
