馬車道駅より徒歩3分。
横浜市中区相生町にあります「肉料理むら岡」さんへ訪問です。
2022年2月にオープンした「肉料理 むら岡」の店主村岡氏は約7年間全国を食べ歩いたフーディーとしても知られている。
店内は木目調で統一された落ち着いた空間の
L字カウンターに7席と個室があります。
コースは72時間かけて凝縮した旨みを閉じ込めた牛コンソメスープから始まり、6時間炊いた鶏のお出汁に塩のみ使用した栃木県大田原市極卵と鶏の茶碗蒸しや、主役は和牛の雌牛を用いて牛タンや、すき焼きに、見た目も可愛い「ハート形のユッケ」などカウンター席で村岡氏のパフォーマンスも楽しむことができます。
コースターやお皿、箸は豪華にLOUIS VUITTONを使用してます。
和牛ユッケには自家製泡ダレを使っていますが、ユッケの卵黄とかなり混ざりにくいので改良が必要かと思います！そして箸休めの海葡萄サラダは少し寂しいので肉割烹らしいサラダにしてもらえると個人的には嬉しかったです。
