Food A specialty store of ``Phantom Pork'' that can only be eaten at famous restaurants in Okinawa.
"Agu pig" is a rare breed of pig that grows slower than other breeds and is small, about 1/3 of the size of other breeds, so it is rarely distributed outside of Okinawa Prefecture. In particular, we are the only restaurant that serves the same meat as Okinawa's famous restaurant "Matsumoto." The fat melting point is extremely low at 38.1°C, giving it a melt-in-your-mouth texture and exceptional flavor and sweetness. Its umami component is more than twice that of regular pork, and its sweetness component is 10 times more. One bite and you'll know the difference. Please enjoy the finest pork.

Shabu-shabu shabu shabu the perfect dish to enjoy the rich flavor and sweetness of the mythical Agu pork. Our original ponzu sauce ``Ougi shabu shabu'' was developed to help you enjoy the most delicious Agu pork shabu-shabu. A product we are proud of, made with plenty of high-quality ingredients and created through trial and error. The secret ingredient is carefully selected Okinawan brown sugar. It removes the acidity characteristic of ponzu sauce, creating a mellow and rich flavor. This is a popular product that is often purchased as souvenirs, one or two bottles at a time.
