馬車道駅付近の路地裏にひっそりたたずむ旬彩料理十三夜というところがテレビでも取り上げられていたので、行こう行こうと思ってようやく訪れてみると店が変わっていた。
どうやら今年９月に閉店。
母体は同じでフランチャイズ契約してこの鯖料理専門店をオープンする運びになったとか。
なのでこの店を検索すると東京を中心に結構ある。
驚くほど全てが鯖料理なので、この店を知らない自分からすると大丈夫なの？って心配になる。
しかも、入って知ったが、オープン日は11/14。
訪れたこの日11/10はまだプレオープン。
お客さんは前の店の常連さんが多い様子。
店内の作りは前の店と変わらずこじんまり。
カウンターとテーブルと小上がりの席。
一見でも全く違和感なし。
店長さん？らしき人がフレンドリーに前述したオープンの経緯を話してくれた。
とにかく鯖料理全開で色々試したくなる。
鯖寿司となめろうを。
お通しに鯖寿司がついていて少し失敗。
プレオープンのためなのか小さな店に店員さんが５、６人いるのに最近流行りのQRコードでの注文を促されて、この店の規模に静かな店内でQR必要かな？ということだけは気になったが、食事は美味しいし、居心地が良かったので本格オープン後にまた利用したくなった。
